Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or a receipt is required for all returns.

Please do not send your returned item directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to appear officially.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver received the order first before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
